Over a cool and wet weekend, 20 couples joined Educhild's "Beyond I Do" Weekend, an opportuned time to step back and see where to improve one's married relationship. Thanks to the couples who took time as well as to the organizers (Pebbles & Monchu), Presenters and Marievic who will also know how to creatively go about and bring something new to our humble place. A venue for husband and wife to take a closer look at their marriage – their conjugal life…! How it has been, how it can be better. Through short talks and workshop activities, participants can expect to gain deeper understanding of their spouse's needs and learn practical and effective communication skills. The program will surely enhance the marital bond and help keep married love alive.

WHO IS EDUCHILD PHILIPPINES?

EDUCHILD stands for Education for the Upbringing of Children. A non-profit organization formed by parents to help fellow parents in the delicate task of rearing a family.

Since 1976, EDUCHILD has assisted parents and educators to appreciate the nuances of family life.

EDUCHILD is a founding member of the FONDATION INTERNATIONALE DE LA FAMILLE (I.D.F.) based in Zurich, Switzerland. I.D.F. is a worldwide effort to support the family as the natural setting for the education of children and counts on parent groups like EDUCHILD from some thirty countries in the five continents to organize family orientation programs and promote a continuous exchange of experiences in the field of family education.

EDUCHILD is also a member of INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION FOR FAMILY DEVELOPMENT (IFFD) based in Madrid, Spain.

EDUCHILD lends you a guiding hand, by being catalyst to parents who would learn and benefit from one another’s experiences in child-rearing.

EDUCHILD conducts researches, workshops, seminars, forums, conferences and similar activities where parents, students, educators and other professionals can acquire valid principles, techniques, attitudes and values on family life and child upbringing. EDUCHILD is founded on the principle that the parents are the primary educators of their children. It is the parents who have to teach their children values, good habits or virtues, moral principles to make them productive members of society and responsible citizens of the country.
